    • RED: The device cannot be detected on the network.

    • ORANGE: The device has been detected but is not correctly configured. You can get more information about the problem by checking the Boot Status of the device, you can access it through the "SETTINGS" button.

    • GREEN: The device is correctly configured and operates normally.

    SETTING THE DEVICE IP

In order to use the remote control with LightShark it is necessary that both devices are on the same subnet. The first thing is to select the network interface on which LightShark will receive the commands sent by the controller.

    • BASIC INFO: Displays information about the firmware version, the unique device ID ...

    • ACTIVE NETWORK CONFIGURATION: Indicates the current network configuration of the device, the factory default IP configuration of the remote controller may not match the network configuration set in LightShark. If they do not match, a warning will be displayed.

    • BOOT STATUS: Current device status. In case of error, the reason for the problem will be displayed.

    • PAIRING: Allows to unpair the physical controller from the virtual controller created in LightShark.

    • LOCATE REMOTE: When this function is activated, the remote control will display a sequence of on/off LEDs on the buttons. In this way it is possible to identify in an installation which physical remote control it is.

    • AUTO DIM: When this function is active, the brightness of the backlight LEDs is reduced when the controller is in standby. This functionality is very useful in dark rooms.
